Refund policy

Returns accepted within 15 days on unworn items with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on worn underwear, opened intimate products or items showing signs of use. 

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
